Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Operations & Bathroom Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Role Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations and Bathroom sales functions. Acting as the key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring Bathroom sale targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all Bathroom sales from first discovery with the client, designing the project using Virtual Worlds to closing the deal.
2. Oversee the entire customer journey to ensure a seamless experience.
3. Conduct after-sales care calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
4. Place product orders with suppliers accurately and efficiently.
5. Schedule and coordinate timely deliveries, ensuring items arrive on schedule but not prematurely.
6. Keep suppliers informed of any customer changes, updates, or special requirements.
7. Communicate supplier updates and lead time changes to customers promptly.
8. Manage general day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain smooth office operations.
9. Manage the shared inbox, prioritising and responding to emails efficiently.
10. Maintain and update the internal management system, ensuring records are accurate and current.
11. Review and check supplier purchase invoices against original quotes and orders for accuracy.
12. Send order acknowledgements to customers upon securing orders.
13. Manage the order diary to ensure the timely flow of products and services.
14. Liaise with the accounts department, resolving queries and providing necessary documentation.
15. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including general housekeeping duties such as reception and showroom area upkeep.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Support and develop administrative processes to improve operational efficiency.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Assist senior management with ad-hoc projects and operational reporting.
4. Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstocking.
5. Lead and support the wider team in creating a positive, customer-focused environment.
6. Uphold health & safety and company standards at all times.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in Bathroom or kitchen sales.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and team members.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with internal management systems/CRMs.
5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload effectively.
6. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
7. Professional, approachable, and positive attitude.
4-day working week plus Saturday (1-hour lunch break daily).
