Job Summary:
* 10 sessions per week
* Fixed term for 12 months
* Salary: £59,175 - £95,400 (dependent on evidence and experience)

Main duties of the job:
* Provide inpatient and outpatient support to Trauma & Orthopaedic specialty services.
* Lead the Junior Doctors and support the Consultant in providing care to inpatients and outpatients.
* Participate in elective theatre sessions, outpatient clinics, and trauma lists.
* 1 in 8 non-resident on-call commitments.
* Participate in regular departmental audit and weekly teaching sessions.
Person Specification:
Experience and Knowledge:
* Full GMC Registration
* Evidence of good practical skills.
Qualification and Professional Training:
* ATLS, BLS certification
* Higher qualification - MRCS.
Skills and Abilities:
* Able to make sound clinical judgments.
* Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
* Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively.
* Ability to exercise sound judgment when faced with conflicting pressures.
