What you'll be doing: Deliver expert 2nd and 3rd-line IT support to resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Work alongside cross-functional teams to maintain exceptional service standards and implement best IT practices. Mentor colleagues, document processes, and play a pivotal role in global IT projects. Support a range of systems including Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016–2022), Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies such as firewalls, switches, and WAPs. Use your expertise in Active Directory, VPNs, virtualisation, security tools, ITIL frameworks, and Cyber Essentials compliance. What we’re looking for: At least 2-3 years of experience in 3rd Line support. Certifications like CompTIA A, ITIL, VMware, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable. Strong technical skills with a hands-on approach, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A team player who is approachable, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a positive working environment. This is a full-time role (40 hours, Monday to Friday) with no on-call or weekend work, allowing for a great work-life balance.
