Eames is currently working with a Lloyd's syndicate to hire a Company Secretary and Compliance Assistant.
The individual will be working closely with the Assistant Company Secretary and will report into the Head of Compliance. The role entails assisting in the administration complaints, maintain records, report to Lloyd's/FOS, and prepare files.
Previous experience in preparing board meetings and taking minutes is essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Lloyd's syndicate.
