The role will begin from the 3rd February 2025 and run on a temp to perm basis. In the past two years, the school in question have contracted 7 members of agency staff through Teaching Personnel- which has been a huge success The school will settle you into the role from February and then begin the probation period, expected to be 16 working weeks through the agency. Interviews will be taking place on TMonday 13th and Tuesday 14th January with the Head teacher, EYFS Lead and School Business Manager. The Head teacher noted that they are looking for the following type of candidate to join their team; Level 2 or above/equivalent Teaching Assistant qualification Recent school based experience, preferably in the Early Years or Year 1 Commitment to joining a forward thinking primary school 30 hours a week Commitment to upholding the Christian ethos in school Desire to develop through additional qualifications and training The Head teacher and the rest of the EYFS team have made it clear that they more than happy to fully induct and welcome a new practitioner to the team and ensure they hit the ground running straight away.
