Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Desk Clerk to join our Distribution & Recycling team at Lidl. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is focused, reliable, and driven to deliver results.
The ideal candidate will have administration experience in a dynamic environment, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and partners.
This role requires flexibility to work early mornings or late nights when required, as well as excellent computer skills including Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record KPIs and produce KPI/FLOP reports
* Liaise with other departments to ensure delays are communicated effectively
* Oversee drivers and recycling contractors to ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed correctly
* Maintain compliance with legislation standards and corporate guidelines
