The Role
1. You’ll be part of the Creative Marketing team working with global healthcare clients
2. Deliver excellent client liaison - Providing honest and strategic support to leading accounts – supporting them with development of creative communication strategy
3. Undertaking financial development of your clients through optimising income, managing and tracking budgets
4. Help to build and develop strong client teams by managing and support team members with their performance and career development – acting as a mentor / role model and contributing to the success and growth of the team
You
5. You’ll be bringing a wealth of healthcare communications, marketing or advertising experience including working at a senior level (ideally as an account director) within a client servicing team
6. Must have line management and people development experience
7. You will have a passionate and curious approach to healthcare marketing with confident communication skills
