An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Community Nursing Teams.
The Oldham community District Nursing teams work across the 5 locations in Oldham. We are not just looking for ‘staff’ or someone to fill the numbers; we are looking for new team members who want to use both their excellent clinical skills and caring personality to make a BIG difference in this challenging yet rewarding setting.
Welcoming you into our community
As an autonomous registrant working across the Oldham community, you will be a confident nurse professional with the ability to make swift, well-considered decisions when needed.
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who work well under pressure. A sense of ownership for your patients, a ‘can do’ attitude, and determination to deliver the best patient care in a variety of home environments is essential in a service that is all about enabling the patient.
Our service is provided with weekends being distributed across the team; therefore, weekend working will be a part of the role. You must have the ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs.
