Recovery Worker
As a Recovery Worker, you will be contributing to making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. You will provide emotional and practical support to ensure individuals receive the care, support, and advice they need.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Completing risk assessments and risk management plans in line with policies and procedures.
2. Monitoring, reviewing, and updating individuals’ recovery plans as required.
3. Participating in and contributing to team meetings and reviews.
4. Keeping case notes up-to-date and accurate.
5. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible service.
6. Updating and maintaining service user records, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
7. Collaborating with other health and social care providers when required.
8. Handling sensitive information appropriately.
Requirements:
1. Relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of confidentiality principles.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
5. Experience building effective relationships with colleagues and service users.
6. Enhanced DBS check, dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
7. Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if not currently held.
