Job Title: Personal Injury Claims ParalegalSalary: £23,000 - £26,000Location: WakefieldContract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid working availableRole Overview & Key Responsibilities:Assist lead file handlers in managing and advancing serious injury cases Draft standard correspondence to progress cases using the ProClaim case management system. Act as the main point of contact for Fee Earners, managing incoming calls and inquiries. Handle phone inquiries when possible and ensure messages are passed to the Fee Earner in a timely manner. Work closely with your line manager to meet monthly KPIs. Keep the case management system updated and accurate on a regular basis. Ensure that filing and information management practices comply with the firm's standards. Arrange appointments for Fee Earners as needed. Collaborate with the Finance Department on disbursement payments, outstanding accounts, and related tasks. Provide support to the team during peak periods, including document production, task management, answering calls, and general administrative assistance. Organize and sort incoming mail. Consistently achieve performance targets in a goal-driven environment.
