They manage to stay ahead by hiring the best engineers and using pioneering technologies. They are currently 30 engineers strong across the teams and work on DC projects across the UK and Europe. They offer a generous salary above market rate and also allow for 3 days WFH and you can pick the days.As part of our clients team, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across various disciplines, driving the delivery of technically exceptional and profitable projects. Your role will be deeply involved in the design process, overseeing the production of design deliverables, and managing your immediate team of engineers. You'll be responsible for monitoring budgets and timelines, ensuring designs meet high standards, and maintaining clear communication with the broader project and client teams.In this role, your expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication will be key to managing, motivating, and inspiring your colleagues. You'll play an important role in developing less experienced engineers, providing guidance and support.
