Join the iRock Team as a Marketing Content Creator Hours: 35 hours per week (8 hours per day) Monday-Friday (1 hour lunchbreak) Salary: £26-30k per year Holiday: 25 days Bank Holidays Location: Based at our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire; some travel to schools required (mileage paid at 45 per mile) Start date: As soon as possible but we are flexible About The Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engages our audiences, and supports our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Co-ordinator and cross-departmental teams to ensure content aligns with our overall marketing strategy and goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in communications, marketing or content creation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Content Development Create compelling and original content across various mediums, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, videos and other printed marketing collateral Collaborate with colleagues and external suppliers to produce cohesive and impactful marketing materials Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, tone, and style, maintaining consistency across all channels. Implement SEO best-practice across all website content to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic Forward Planning Contribute to the ongoing customer journey work across all audiences Assist in developing and executing a content calendar that aligns with digital strategy Analysis And Reporting Conduct ongoing audience research to understand target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. About You Minimum of two years’ experience working in marketing, communications or content creation Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas Proven experience in content creation, in a marketing or digital environment Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft 365, content management systems (CMS), social media platforms and digital design tools Experience in the education sector is desirable, but not essential Passion for music and education.
