Job Summary
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and management of a care home, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered to residents. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and maintaining regulatory compliance within the care setting.
Duties
1. Develop and implement care plans in line with individual resident needs
2. Provide leadership and guidance to care staff to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
3. Manage day-to-day operations of the care home, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
4. Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies related to care provision
6. Oversee dementia care services and support residents with complex needs
7. Coordinate activities related to assisted living and residential home facilities
Experience
1. Previous experience working in a nursing or care environment
2. Strong understanding of care planning processes and home care services
3. Knowledge of dementia care practices
4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
