Job Description
Qualified Social Worker, Liverpool City Council, Children with Disabilities Early Help Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.
The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.
Responsibilities include:
1. Work within Short Breaks/Early Help team supporting disabled children and their families.
2. Experience of assessments, chairing meetings, and direct work with children & young people is essential.
3. Carrying out Short Break Assessments and EHAT's.
4. Liaise with other professionals.
5. 21 hours per week (flexible by negotiation).
6. 3 month Temporary Contract.
7. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance.
