We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Event Manager to join our team in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in organising large corporate events simultaneously from commencement to completion in a professional services environment. Line management experience is also essential.
About the Role
* Responsible for the creation and execution of events, including conferences, dinners, and meetings of various sizes.
* Sourcing and selecting suitable venues that meet event requirements and budgets.
* Organising catering services, managing attendees, invitations, RSVPs, and ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met.
* Managing and reporting on budgets and costings.
* Liaising with the Marketing team to promote events and provide necessary marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
1. Event planning and coordination from concept to delivery.
2. Venue sourcing and selection.
3. Catering and logistics management.
4. Attendee management and communication.
5. Budget management and reporting.
6. Marketing liaison.
Working closely with stakeholders, facilities teams, and the marketing department to set event objectives and measure success.
Requirements
* Significant experience in event management.
* Line management experience.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* A confident attitude and desire to deliver high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Salary: £42,000-£47,000 per annum.
