As Director, you will lead our work with 136 Anglican church schools in the Diocese, within six Local Authorities. You will work closely with the Diocesan Multi Academy Trust, other school-led Trusts, and our parishes. You will be responsible for all aspects of leadership, strategic planning, vision, and policy.
You will have authority and opportunity to make a major positive impact.
You will be a strategic leader with substantial managerial flair and experience of working at a senior level in education or another relevant sector. You will be passionate about supporting and developing schools, nurturing young people, and delivering high-quality services.
This is a full-time role (35 hpw) with options available around flexible and hybrid working. The salary is c. £86,000 p.a.
This is a post to which an Occupational Requirement under paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010 applies, the requirement being that the post holder is a practising Christian.
