The Role As the Head of Comsumer Marketing, you'll lead the company's digital marketing efforts, driving profitable growth through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities will include: Digital Marketing Leadership: Spearheading performance marketing campaigns across PPC, paid social, affiliate, influencer, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Content & Communications: Developing and executing a compelling content strategy that engages audiences and drives brand awareness. Team Development: Mentoring and developing a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Data-Driven Optimization: Tracking and analyzing KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ensure continuous improvement. Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with finance, web, and operations teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives. The Person Proven Experience: A minimum of 6 years in senior marketing roles, with a track record of delivering demonstrable and profitable growth, particularly in paid channels. Senior Marketing experience working within an international e-commerce organization is highly desirable. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills combined with hands-on expertise in paid marketing and digital strategy. Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
