This is an excellent role for a driven and experienced Finance Manager to join a small accounts department.
You will be taking a lead on management reports, while also overseeing a small team and driving systems improvements too.
Key duties within this role will include:
* Preparing and presenting management reports
* Budgeting setting and Forecasting
* Preparing statutory accounts
* VAT returns
* Oversight of Payroll and the transactional finance team
The ideal candidate for this position will be:
* An experienced leader, comfortable operating at a Finance Manager/Financial Controller level within a small business
* ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified or Part-Qualified - though, those that are qualified via lots of relevant experience, will also be considered
* Happy getting involved in "the detail" of transactional accounting matters
* Confident in the preparation and presentation of management reports
