You will take an active part in the running of a busy department, supporting junior team members and working closely with the respiratory multi-disciplinary team. You will take a lead role in the lung function testing aspect of the service and will be encouraged to develop new skills to support your professional development. There are opportunities for involvement in NIV, Sleep, CPET, and Home Oxygen along with audit, research, and quality improvement projects. You should hold a BSc in Clinical Physiology or an equivalent qualification. Possession of relevant professional qualifications (ARTP Practitioner or equivalent) is essential. You should be eligible for the RCCP or HCPC registration. Applications for the Band 6 post require a minimum of 1 year's post qualification experience, but less experienced applications will be considered as a developmental role.
