What You’ll Be Doing
* Identifying & Engaging New Clients – Work with property developers, estate agents, and investors to introduce data-driven solutions.
* Leveraging Your Network – Use industry connections and lead generation strategies to create new business opportunities .
* Owning the Full Sales Cycle – Manage the process from prospecting to closing deals .
* Developing Tailored Proposals – Collaborate with the commercial team to create strategic proposals and RFPs .

What We’re Looking For
* 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, ideally at firms like Foxtons, Dexters, or similar agencies .
* A strong network of contacts within the property sector.
* Experience in data or SaaS sales is a plus, particularly with relevant industry connections.
* A proactive, self-driven attitude, with the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
* A consultative sales approach, focused on understanding client needs and delivering value .
