The Role The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Partner to join their heavy-hitting team based in Manchester. The department is ranked highly in the legal 500 and the team is one of the strongest nationally. The team is dynamic and punches well above their weight. You work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. They support their clients out of their national and international offices. The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly they are working to strengthen our capacity at that level. There are excellent prospects here for progression with the continued growth of this department and the firm. You will be joining a national department of c.35 fee-earners, with 12 based from their Manchester office. This role comes with good prospects and career development.
