Join us as a Marketing Lead within Premier Customer Engagement
* You’ll be joining our Retail Bank Marketing team who are key to delivering its vision for personalised customer engagement and having a tangible effect on the financial life of our existing customers
* You’ll play a key role in deepening relationships with our customers by driving communication of relevant and joined up, product, service and critical information at key moments and stages, to increase the engagement and value of our customer base

What you'll do
This role will see you representing our Marketing function in key stakeholder discussions to deepen relationships with and help to define the future go-forward engagement strategies for our Premier customers. You'll also be developing relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing function and with wider delivery and channel partners, making sure we transform how we communicate with customers to efficiently support the priorities of the business and our customers’ needs.
As well as this, you’ll be:
* Understanding the immediate and future needs, priorities, aspirations and commitments of your customers to turn them into customer communication engagement strategies and measurable goals
* Delivering and supporting the team to deliver, against the communications and marketing brief, at all stages of the campaign
* Working with our strategic partners, including data & analytics and channel owners, to make sure our activity reflects best practices and regulatory requirements, identifying where we need to transform to deliver work more effectively and efficiently
* Designing and executing joined up, cross channel and product, customer communications
* Working closely with key stakeholders across Retail, Wealth and Mandatory Marketing, who support in the delivery of Premier customer communications
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with strong customer marketing skills with substantial experience of data driven customer communications, and experience in designing strategies and tailoring approaches for different customer groups. Along with great leadership, networking and influencing skills, you'll need a proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and work collaboratively on complex marketing and strategic initiatives that add value and support business priorities.
You’ll be a strategic and data driven thinker with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. You’ll demonstrate a high level of drive and a personal commitment to success, as well as excellent organisational and time management skills and experience of coordinating multiple tasks and priorities.
You’ll also need:
* Budget management experience
* Experience in delivering data driven customer communication and working with data and tech teams
* Knowledge and application of customer marketing strategies, targeting and practices
