Join AZAD as an Administrative Assistant and perform a wide range of professional and confidential administrative support for the Facilities Planning and Projects organization within a regional utilityenvironment.
This individual will perform routine administrative tasks such as action-item tracking, facilitating cross-organizational communication, time and attendance, travel authorizations and vouchers, and procedural stewardship, as well as emerging and non-routine administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be an organized and creative problem-solver, who is able to negotiate changing priorities among tight deadlines with tact and professionalism.
This is a2 yearsplus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is based in Portland, Oregon and is hybrid with work performed onsite two days weekly. The beginning hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is$36.11.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Associate's degree in Secretarial Science, Administrative Management or related field is preferred.
3. 6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.
4. 4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office 2010 proficiency required).
5. Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint sufficient to support, manage, edit and maintain site.
6. Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
7. Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
