An independent organisation registered with CQC and Ofsted specializes in providing specialist residential placements for young people and young adults with mental health difficulties. They offer intensive, individualised community care with 24-hour mental health crisis management.
The organisation has identified a significant number of young people and young adults facing complex mental health difficulties who are either considered unsuitable for inpatient hospital settings, experience recurrent hospital admissions, or face delayed discharges due to inadequate or delayed access to mental health services in the community.
Their services encompass specialist therapeutic placements supported by an in-house multi-disciplinary mental health team. They prioritise holistic care within the community, aiming to empower young individuals towards independence and a high quality of life.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people and would like to join our client's professional and dedicated team, they encourage you to apply today.
