Job summary We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Controllers (Out of Hours) working from our Head Office in Carlisle. This role will suit caring individuals with a professional and courteous manner and excellent communication skills. Controllers ensure that patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time by giving advice and distributing calls appropriately. An extensive induction and comprehensive training is provided. Applicants will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours over a 4 week period. We currently have no bank hours available. Hours will be out of hours, Evenings 18:30 - 23:00, Nights 23:00 - 08:00 and weekends. All candidates will be required to work Christmas and Bank Holiday periods.
