JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Operations Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers while supporting and developing our Operations team.
Key parts of the role:
1. Support and deputise if needed the management team in delivering KPI's and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Implement individual, daily, and weekly targets for the stores operational team to improve store performance.
3. Monitor KPIs and operational teams' performance through running reports and updating the management team.
4. Lead the store operations in stock management, payroll, admin, and rota.
5. Assist with the customers' journey by offering an exceptional level of stock control, delivery implementation, and replenishment ensuring the customer comes first.
6. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.

4. Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail as well as a good understanding of store operations.
