About You About The Role Your role as Digital PR Account Manager: Campaign management Leading on priority clients, proactively leading on challenging clients Overseeing client campaigns and assessing client prioritisation Overseeing client and internal communications Ensuring progress of campaigns against deadlines and internal benchmarking Attending pitches/upsell opportunities Tracking client performance and producing reports Can lead on the pricing of new business quotes Works to set targets, deadlines and KPIs Mentors and trains more junior team members FULL JOB SPEC AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST What we'd like you to bring to the role: Proven campaign successes on clients that you are involved in Proven retention of revenue for clients that you have worked with Experience of working across a wide variety of niches Consistently hit targets and exceed expectations Proactive, highly organised with exceptional time management skills Excellent internal and client facing communication skills Strong understanding of media themes and is able to identify content and stories that journalists will be interested in Experienced in creating meeting slides Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint An understanding of common SEO metrics Knowledge of Google Analytics and link building strategies Experienced in writing client-friendly content to a level where amends are not necessary
