Senior HR Advisor
FIXED TERM CONTRACT 18 MONTHS
Hull
1. Working in an established and supportive HR team reporting to the HR Manager
2. A large business where internal development and progression is important
3. A fast-paced and hands-on role giving you exposure to a varied position
4. A good split of generalist HR with 30/40% covering employee relations case load
5. Daily contact with all levels of staff needing a confident HR professional
6. Ability and appetite to work on a variety of projects
7. Supporting managers and offering coaching where required
8. Recruitment and selection support to line managers and assisting with interviews
9. Site-based role
This role is to start around March/April time, maybe sooner for the right candidate.
