The important work you will be doing:
1. Overseeing and managing Case Administrators
2. Attending meetings with Directors and key stakeholders, both internally and externally
3. Collaborating closely with Insolvency Practitioners to develop and implement case strategies, ensuring case progression
4. Delegating tasks as needed
5. Supporting business development through participation in networking events
6. Working with the team to optimise processes and improve efficiency
7. Engaging in training and professional development activities
8. Upholding ethical and transparent conduct in all actions and communications
9. Reviewing and preparing documentation in line with statutory requirements
10. Conducting site visits and handling related matters
11. Ensuring timely and compliant case progress
12. Reviewing and improving case work prepared by Case Administrators
13. Handling cases involving assets or complex matters
14. Supporting Case Administrators with workload management and case progression
15. Assisting Insolvency Practitioners with case progression and compliance matters
16. Providing training and support to Case Administrators
In this role, you will bring:
1. Experience as a Case Manager or an Administrator looking to step into a managerial role
