The Role and Responsibilities
We’re currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our Leeds-based team. If you have experience of the glass and glazing industry and are seeking your next role, read on! The successful candidate will be based at our Leeds site, working closely with the Marketing and Customer Services teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with marketing and customer service teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Turn marketing campaign leads into sales through proactive follow-ups, helping our business grow by acting on customer insights.
2. Account Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with existing clients, increasing their spend, hitting stretch targets, and becoming their go-to contact.
3. Quotations & CRM Expertise: Respond to quotation requests, log them on our CRM, and proactively follow up with clients to close deals.
4. Proactive Client Engagement: Build rapport through daily outbound contact, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual who has:
1. Proven experience in sales, customer service, and working with CRM systems.
2. Confidence in making outbound calls and an ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. A team-focused, collaborative mindset with a passion for working closely with marketing and customer service teams.

The role is full-time and based out of our Leeds offices.
Salary up to £40,000 p. a. dependent on experience
