Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: St Neots
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading Fleet & Mobility companies. Working within the Mobility Team, you will play a key role in helping Customers with their vehicle rental and other business mobility needs.
What will you be doing in the role?
* Handling incoming calls/emails/online requests across various platforms and products
* Allocate and source daily rental reservations – identify opportunities to save our Customers money
* Liaise with Supplying Partners to minimise turndowns, delays and service issues
* Process Customer and Supplier invoicing with high level of accuracy
* Running Customer & Supplier reports and producing a Daily Report to Management Team
