Internal Account Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Complete new enquiries efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
2. Achieve 3 Quality Calls (MSI QC) per day, maintaining exceptional client communication.
3. Follow up on all new sites and assign to the appropriate team members for further action.
4. Prioritise and promptly follow up on all quotations within specified time frames.
5. Consistently meet daily and weekly KPI targets.
6. Collaborate closely with your Key Account Manager to achieve shared goals.
7. Utilise Salesforce to effectively manage tasks and record interactions.
8. Maximise opportunities from existing customers using Phocas, including GAP Analysis and Customer Variance Report.
9. Focus on core markets, such as Infrastructure, RC Frame & Façade, to drive growth and success.
10. Expand your client base by attracting new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective client relationships.
3. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
4. Proficiency in utilising Salesforce and Phocas is highly desirable.
5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
