They have an exciting opportunity for a driven, communicative and organised individual to join their team as a Business Administrator Apprentice. About the role: The role will be an administrative/ reception role, in a busy Family Law Solicitor’s firm. The firm represent clients for a full range of family law issues including divorce, finances on divorce and separation, non-molestation and occupation order proceedings, child arrangements, care proceedings, public law outline proceedings. Key Tasks: Learn to undertake administrative tasks, such as photocopying, processing mail, maintaining electronic filing systems, and updating information. Learn to answer the telephone and liaise with staff, clients and other agencies to assist in the delivery of services. Learn to provide support to individual colleagues as required, including diary management, and administrative support. Learn to accurately input data into computerised systems, databases and spreadsheets and process and retrieve data as necessary. Learn to administer petty cash, etc, within departmental standards. Learn how to answer and resolve an issue for staff, customers or other agencies. Required Skills: Word processing skills. Ability to effectively organise own workload Ability to accurately input and check data Ability to communicate effectively Ability to check for accuracy and give attention to detail. Ability to work in a team. Able to converse at ease with customer and provide advice in accurate spoken English Qualifications Required: Grade 4s in Maths and English or equivalent qualification
