In this fully remote role, you will be assisting the Support Systems Manager and the Lead Integration and Data Engineer in dealing with support requests from staff and contractors, day-to-day systems tasks and providing support with the implementation of systems projects.

A Typical Day in the Job:
* Systems Support & Maintenance – Implement updates, modifications, and change requests for internal systems (OpenApply, HubSpot, SharePoint). Maintain records of system issues and assist in evaluating new/existing software and hardware.
* End User Support (Zendesk) – Handle support tickets related to internal applications, Microsoft 365 Apps, and escalate major issues to management or external IT support when necessary.
* Data Management & Security – Ensure compliance with GDPR and company security policies, assist in data management across systems, and maintain records of third-party system support contractors.
* Project Support – Assist in the implementation, delivery, and post-support of IT systems projects, ensuring smooth execution and training where required.
* Meetings & Collaboration – Participate in regular online meetings to discuss system updates, support issues and ongoing projects, with occasional in-person meetings for the company events.
* Cover for System Support Management – Provide support and cover for management during annual leave or sickness, ensuring continuity of IT and system support services.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
* Fully remote role
* Permanent contract following probation period
* Further training and development offered on successful completion of Level 3 qualification

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
