Tangent International are urgently looking for a HR Subject Matter Expert to work a 3 month rolling contract based in United Kingdom (Remote is considered)
Objective:
* The contingent worker will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the global Employee Referral Program (ERP), evaluating current policies, processes, costs, tools, and stakeholder engagement.
* The goal is to identify challenges, optimize efficiency, and provide recommendations to enhance the program’s strategic impact within the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) framework.
Key Deliverables:
Program Analysis & Regional Nuances:
* Conduct an in-depth review of the ERP across all global regions.
* Identify country-specific policies, incentives, probation periods, eligibility, payout processes, financial structures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Assess the level of recruiter involvement and administrative responsibilities.
* Evaluate program performance by region, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Financial Assessment:
* Outline the total cost of the program, including incentive payouts and administrative overhead.
* Identify funding sources and financial ownership across different regions.
* Provide insights into cost-effectiveness and potential savings opportunities.
Problem Identification & Solution Recommendations:
* Highlight current challenges and inefficiencies in program execution.
* Provide recommendations for process improvements and potential policy changes.
* Assess whether the existing tools and technology effectively support program objectives.
* Identify opportunities to reduce administrative burden and streamline operations.
Tool & Technology Evaluation:
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the current ERP tools and platforms.
* Recommend improvements or alternative solutions if necessary.
* Assess the feasibility of implementing a global policy for ERP management.
Strategic Program Enhancements:
* Work with key stakeholders to define the strategic vision for the ERP.
* Align ERP objectives with broader TA goals and anticipated outcomes.
* Assess the feasibility of redesigning program policies and processes within the new TA delivery model.
* Evaluate options for revising the incentive structure and implementing global consistency where possible.
Timeline & Reporting:
* Initial program assessment: Month 1
* Presentation of findings and recommendations: Month 2
* Final report with proposed action plan: Month 3
The final deliverable will be a comprehensive report detailing current ERP operations, challenges, financial analysis, tool recommendations, and a strategic roadmap for program improvements.
