However, the business is now looking to expand internationally and are seeking a talented recruiter to help do this .
What You'll Do
* Lead Executive Searches: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment forC-suite and senior leadership roles, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, VPs, and other key executives.
* Client Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
* Candidate Sourcing: Use your extensive network, market knowledge, and research capabilities to identify and attract top-tier talent within the Engineering ,FMCG and food & beverage industries.
* Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new client opportunities and expanding the companys reach both within the UK and internationally.
* International Expansion: Be a key player in thefuture global expansion, leveraging your expertise to open new markets beyond the UK.

What you need
* Experience: Some experience of recruitment or executive search experience, preferably within theFMCGorFood & Beverageindustries.
* Proven Track Record: A history of successfully recruiting forC-suite rolesand other senior leadership positions.
* Client & Candidate Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and offer strategic recruitment advice.
* Global Mindset: Enthusiasm for international recruitment and business development, with a desire to help lead the expansion efforts.
* Self-Motivation: A driven, entrepreneurial recruiter who thrives in aremote working environmentand is comfortable managing their own time and targets.
