A successful Derby based company is looking for a Purchase Ledger Controller to join them, initially on a 14-month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main duties as Purchase Ledger Controller will include:
1. Matching GRN's to invoices
2. Coding and inputting all invoices
3. Preparing supplier payments
4. Supplier statement reconciliation
5. Handling supplier queries
Hours are 40 hours a week and can be flexible, i.e., 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm. The position offers 21 days holiday plus statutory holidays, plenty of free parking, and a welcoming and supportive team to work in. Salary of £28,000. Applicants must have recent UK purchase ledger experience as this role involves full control over the purchase ledger, so they need someone to hit the ground running.
