Job Description
As crucial part of the Portfolio Marketing team, this role is important for the business, helping evolve our go-to-market strategies by working with our lines of business and product teams.
Reporting into the Director of Product Marketing you will manage the position and marketing of our solutions. We ask that you have knowledge of B2B product marketing strategy, an understanding of our brand, the market and customer challenges, and the needs of our customers. You will lead our go-to-market strategy for new products and deliver compelling messages that put our customer at the forefront.
* Translate the our goals, market opportunities, and portfolio of offerings into a formal, cohesive go-to-market strategy
* Partner with leaders across the business (e.g., sales, product, marketing, and customer success) to design an aligned set of strategies, tactics, and resources that achieve our goals
* Understand buyer and customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
* Create a revenue enablement plan and oversee marketing contributions to lead buyer- and customer-facing role adoption of the portfolio
* Oversee launch planning for new offerings — including an BU-wide process and template — that incorporates products, solutions, and services where applicable
* Oversee other teams and external agencies tasked with creating content for interactive, campaigns, and sales enablement
* Provide leadership, and mentoring to guide the product marketing staff in their daily activities
Qualifications
You have the business and commercial depth along with the product marketing expertise. Additionally, you will inspire our teams and establish trust amongst a diverse set of partners and build growth strategy to lead incremental pipeline.
