Are you immediately available for a 12 month part time contract in finance? We have a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in transactional accounts to join a small busy accounts team, 10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway station. This role is office based for the 3 days and reports to the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities of the Part Time Accounts Assistant:
* All aspects of purchase ledger, including batching and coding invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and request copy invoices
* Raising BACS payments
* Raising sales ledger invoices
* Credit control by phone and email
* Month end reconciliations
Requirements of the Part Time Accounts Assistant:
* A minimum of three years experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent systems skills
* Strong reconciliations
* First rate interpersonal skills
