Prestigious Financial Services firm seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Reward to join our People Leadership Team and take charge of shaping the future of our Reward and Benefits strategy.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and driving innovative reward solutions that support the firms goals, ensuring our reward strategies are both competitive and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to provide expert advice and insights, while managing a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
The Role :
* Lead the Reward, Benefits, and International Mobility teams to deliver a comprehensive strategy for the firm.
* Provide expert guidance on executive compensation and remuneration policies for regulated staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with the People Leadership Team and senior stakeholders to design and implement reward strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.
* Oversee International Assignment Services, ensuring they are fit for purpose, efficient, and aligned with employee and business needs.
* Drive key reward processes across the business, managing annual plans and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring their success through coaching and continuous development.
* Present complex reward strategies and policies to the Board, influencing decisions that drive the firms overall business performance.
Your experience :
* Extensive experience in Reward, Benefits, and International Mobility, with a deep understanding of relevant legislation and emerging trends.
* Proven track record in leading high-impact projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
* Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with operational tasks and decision-making.
* Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
