Hybrid work with flexible pattern About the Role: As the Group Health and Safety Business Partner, you will work closely with management teams to enhance health and safety standards across our diverse services. This is a hands-on role where you will provide operational support, expert advice, and strategic guidance to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a positive culture throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities: o Develop, review, and implement health and safety policies and procedures.o Provide expert advice on health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.o Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.o Collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of safety and inclusion.o Support training initiatives and ensure staff are well-informed on health and safety practises.What You'll Need to Succeed:o NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).o Proven experience in health and safety management and policy development.o Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations.o Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.o A proactive approach and the capability to work independently.
