What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting the specialist consultants in both London and Billericay office to process specialist lending applications
2. Acting as a liaison between lenders and mortgage brokers
3. Looking into complex mortgage queries and finding the best solution for them
4. Working closely with the administrators and sending over all relevant documents
5. Booking appointments with lenders and clients where appropriate
6. Undertaking basic admin duties
7. Data inputting and processing
What you'll need:
1. Previous case manager experience
2. Strong understanding of mortgage products and lender criteria.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to juggle multiple cases, meet tight deadlines, and stay cool under pressure.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational prowess.
6. Proficiency in mortgage CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
