Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Site Administrative Coordinator at 3M Bangor, Norther Ireland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. As a Site Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to operations by handling a wide variety of administrative duties as delegated. Applies highly developed secretarial, administrative, and coordination skills to complete activities. Acts independently on standard procedures and handles non-routine situations through interpretation of office guidelines and administrative practices. Proposes solutions to administrative concerns. Seeks input from supervision as needed. Key Responsibilities: Ensure record retention policies are adhered to specifically regarding EHS & Operational training documents, financial records / invoicing Managing vendor invoicing as directed communicating with the site finance controller on annual spend Liaising with vendors regarding site admin supplies & managing supplies ordering within SAP Supporting with travel arrangements, visit preparation and hosting, presentation preparation Maintaining databases related to supplier performance, EHS performance etc. Provide cover for warehouse team with warehousing reporting and admin tasks associated with GTS transactions within SAP Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: 3 years previous experience within administrative role in manufacturing environment Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of managing supplies / inventory within SAP system Excellent interpersonal skills Experience working with confidential information and associated security policies Ability to work independently and across various levels within the organization Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with ERP Process (preferably SAP) within a manufacturing environment Warehouse admin experience preferred Job specifics: Part time role (32hrs per week) The role will be 100% on site at the 3M Bangor Plant in Northern Ireland Remuneration details Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
