Do you want to make a difference with the work you do? Join us as an Associate Product Tenderer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity. Responsibilities: Manage email and portal inboxes for enquiry invitations, notifications, clarifications, and orders. Accurately log customer enquiries, distribute notifications, and manage other relevant tender communications. Process customer orders and ensure a full handover of files to project teams. Organise internal tender documentation, including filing, archiving, cross-referencing, and version control. Examine and interpret customer specifications and site drawings for equipment take-offs and required services. Build quotations for the required equipment and services from various internal and third-party cost sources. Prepare summary sheets to obtain authorisation for submissions. Ensure timely submission of competitively priced, technically, and commercially sound proposals. Qualifications & Experience: Experience in Estimating, Tendering, and Bid Management. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Interest in learning about Intelligent Traffic Solutions (ITS) systems and products. Excellent collaboration skills with a flair for sales and a commitment to teamwork and success. Strong dedication to tasks, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach. Experience within Tendering, Estimating, Bid Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided). Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage internal and external relationships. Ability to work independently with a logical approach to tasks and minimal supervision.
