Purpose
The Technical Scheduler/ Administrator is responsible for coordinating and documenting all technical asset information site-wide.
This involves maintaining an extensive maintenance history on the Business Management System to ensure operational efficiency throughout an asset's lifecycle, while adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with maintenance operations and process teams to ensure business continuity and integration of expansion projects.
* Ensure planned work is accurately updated in the maintenance management system.
* Produce a weekly maintenance schedule.
* Liaise with production buildings to secure equipment availability prior to planned maintenance.
* Facilitate and manage asset registration for all equipment on site, implementing new items into the BMS System.
* Assist in developing equipment strategies and maintenance routines based on OEM recommendations, reliability data, and performance feedback from maintenance and operations teams.
* Collate paper-based technical documentation to digital files, establishing a detailed history of all site assets.
* Audit, review, and maintain an accurate asset register reflecting all equipment on site.
* Implement maintenance strategies into the BMS system to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to ensure correct spare parts are held for PM work and stock levels are maintained in the site engineering stores.
* Verify checksheets are completed for each PM and stored correctly.
* Liaise with engineering and maintenance to maintain site preventative routines, including updating, creating, cancelling, and ensuring frequency is correct.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on location.
