Position: Senior Healthcare Support Worker - South East Community Mental Health Team (SE CMHT)
NHS Lothian is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who prioritizes patient care to join the South East Edinburgh Community Mental Health Team based in Ballenden House.
The post holder will work within a multidisciplinary team providing complex mental health and community services, partnering with other agencies to support patients with various mental health difficulties on the caseload of the SE CMHT.
Care provision occurs in the patient’s home, community settings, and clinics, both one-on-one and in group settings. A driving license is essential for this role.
The shift pattern is: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00, and Sat-Sun 08:00-16:00 every 3 months.
