Are you a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor/Residential Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a reputable firm who is currently looking to expand their CQS accredited Conveyancing department. If you are an experienced conveyancer capable of managing a caseload from start to finish and handle a diverse range of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership whilst ensuring high standards of service at every stage – we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including the sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide support and guidance on new build transactions and shared ownership schemes (desirable).
• Use Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal efficiently.
• Ensure deadlines are met and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
• Foster a cooperative and supportive team environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
• At least three years of demonstrated conveyancing experience, with a thorough understanding of residential property transactions, and in handling a high-volume caseload within residential conveyancing.
• Proficient in sales & purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Strong IT literacy, with experience in Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and efficiently manage your workload.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to support and mentor less experienced team members, excellent organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines effectively.
You are someone that is diligent and conscientious approach towards your work, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A team player with a cooperative and helpful attitude. The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing a busy caseload is essential, alongside a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all clients.
