Temporary Business Support Administrator
Do you have experience in providing critical office support at an executive level?
Are you an excellent communicator with strong people, organisational and planning skills?
Do you have a keen eye for detail and are good at problem solving?
If so, we have registered a fascinating long-term temporary assignment with an interesting Client.
The working hours are 37.5 per week – 9am-5pm with half an hour for lunch. Please note, this is an office-based role – please only apply if you are able to commute on a daily basis.
The assignment will be ongoing for up to 12 months. This is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. Please only apply for this role if you are available at short notice and for the duration of the assignment.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be providing support to the Trustees, Executive and Regional Management teams, as well as the office staff:
1. Assisting in creating reports and other documentation
2. Organising Trustee, executive and senior management team meetings, and the AGM
3. Assisting in the modernisation and standardisation of administrative practices
4. Arranging accommodation and management of vehicle hire
5. Booking social functions and refreshments; purchasing office supplies
6. Financial tasks including checking invoices and taking responsibility for credit cards; bank account; petty cash etc
7. Answering the telephone and greeting visitors; managing the post
8. Processing holiday forms and checking timesheets

Requirements
It will be essential that you have provided complex administrative support to an executive team/ at C suite level:
1. Experience using an ERP system and an ability to learn new software rapidly
2. Expert levels of organisation demonstrated by proven experience in a fast-paced setting
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
5. Strong people skills and an ability to work effectively within both the direct team and with all other teams in the organisation
6. Advanced skills across the MS Office suite, and the ability to learn new software effectively
