Job Title: Working Foreman + Joiner (Commercial Refurbishment)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Working Foreman to lead and manage a refurbishment project of a commercial unit in Enfield, starting 13th January 2025 for 7 weeks. The role requires hands-on work as well as site management duties. Ideally, the foreman will bring an experienced joiner to assist with the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective control of subcontractors and smooth workflow.
2. Strip-Out Works: Manage and participate in the initial strip-out phase of the refurbishment.
3. Joinery Tasks: Perform 1st, 2nd, and final fix joinery, including installing doors, frames, skirting, and kitchen units.
4. Site Meetings: Attend and represent the project at site meetings with the Project Manager and contractors' manager.
Requirements:
* Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, 3-Day First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness.
* Proven experience as a Working Foreman on similar refurbishment projects.
* Strong joinery skills, with the ability to handle 1st, 2nd, and final fix work.
* Excellent communication skills for managing subcontractors and participating in site meetings.
* Willingness to work on the tools and lead by example.
* Ability to bring an experienced joiner to the project is highly desirable.
Project Details:
* Commercial unit refurbishment in Enfield.
* Monday-Friday work schedule, with potential for additional hours if required.
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience.
