We make health happen The role You’ll join the team responsible for articulating the Bupa Global story, driving engagement, loyalty and growth across our existing customer base, prospects and intermediary partners helping to create more meaningful engagement for all audiences, across every customer touchpoint. You’ll be accountable for all aspects of marketing engagement, communications and content creation, with a particular focus on B2B. How you’ll help us make health happen You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Engagement and Communications Manager, the Global Events Manager and the Communications and Content Planning Manager to provide ongoing support to develop and execute a best-in-class content programme, in coordination with the regional Marketing teams to improve Bupa Global’s awareness and credibility in the marketplace. Manage the production and awareness of our monthly Wellbeing Calendar and contributing to our always on content strategy to dial up our generic customer agnostic content to amplify our positioning as a true healthcare partner. Drive and execute a robust sales enablement platform to support all global B2B sales teams, ensuring they are kept connected and engaged with our points of difference - helping to boost the sales pipeline. Work collaboratively with cross functional colleagues to lead the development of strategic content for new and existing business. Creation of compelling pitch collateral including pre and post pitch communications, videos, customer testimonials, sales proposals and working closely with Sales leads and Bid Manager. Contribute to the growth agenda by supporting with the creation of communication requirements for intermediaries and clients, both prospective and existing. Management of a Campaign Executive to ensure the ongoing coordination of B2B communications, external events, and ongoing maintenance of market leading pitch collateral to support the sales pipeline. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, adhering to our Group and Global policies, and to internal operating procedures, managing risk and making adjustments with consideration of the needs of vulnerable customers. Represent Bupa externally in any meetings with strategic agencies, potential and existing B2B Clients, intermediaries and prospects. You Professional marketing experience gained within a B2B sales environment. Relevant Marketing or Communications qualification would be great. People and project management experience essential. Experience working in a marketing / communications function with a focus on creating communications, content and campaigns that are insight driven and deliver against commercial business objectives. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights and complex business challenges into actionable and compelling communications and plans. Strong knowledge of content marketing and communication principles and techniques. Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills, with a flair for storytelling and understanding of what makes engaging content. Extensive experience in a content strategy role, managing digital channels. Skilled in devising, implementing, managing, and evaluating successful content strategies involving a broad range of stakeholders. Experience of dealing with diverse teams and an ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders. An excellent understanding of how to make best use of digital tools and platforms to support content strategy development and delivery. Global content management and marketing experience - understanding of corporate health insurance business would be ideal. Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail.
